We accept all exchanges&refunds in 14 days starting from the purchase date. The purchased item should be returned in mint state of use and undamaged with its original garment bag and shipping box. Once you send us return/exchange request on info@duendehandicrafts.com, you will get standard instructions to start the official procedure by e-mail. Thereafter shipping all the items requested to be exchanged/refunded, our team will send you a confirmation e-mail in the event that products are all in good state and undamaged. Your payment will be transferred to your credit card which was used for the transaction in the beginning.
